My Approach
Counselling & psychotherapy can feel daunting at first, and it's completely normal to feel unsure or anxious about starting the process. However, my aim is to make you feel as comfortable as possible from the very beginning. I create a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you can express yourself openly, at your own pace. Together, we’ll work through challenges, build trust, and take steps toward positive change, ensuring that you feel supported and empowered throughout the journey.

My strengths are to make you feel:
-
Heard and understood
-
Comfortable and at ease
-
Supported every step of the way
-
Empowered to explore your challenges
-
Confident in taking positive steps forward
-
Safe to express yourself without judgment
